Liquorice Root Sticks

Traditionally grown in the fields around Pontefract, West Yorkshire now from abroad. Chew on the root to extract the liquorice yourself. This sweet was one of the few sweets sold at our shop during the WW2 and during rationing. AKA sticky lice.
